Every image you see of another planet represents the efforts of thousands of people - the scientists who asked for the image, the engineers who built the camera and the spacecraft it was on, the operations team who took the image, and more. I work to bring all these people together, to explain the science inspiring the work to the engineers and the real-world constraints to the scientists. My ultimate goal is get the best scientific results within eningeering constraints, and to ensure that each member of the team shares in the excitement of extending our understanding of the solar system.
